Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unworn and in original condition

• Free of makeup, stains, sweat, or damage

• Returned with any original packaging or tags included

How to Start a Return

Email us at cowgirlcrowncompany@gmail.com with your order number and the item you’d like to return. We’ll send you return instructions and a return shipping address.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the item arrives back safely.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you. Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method.
Please allow 3–5 business days for processing after we receive your item.
